A 32 page reprint of articles that originally appeared in the New York Times in the week following the disaster. It is printed on newspaper stock and enclosed in a protective plastic sleeve.
The Times is famous for being the first major paper to take the bold step of stating that Titanic had sunk when most other papers were still hedging their bets well into the day on Monday the 15th of April. Included in the coverage are firsthand accounts by Titanics wireless operator Harold Bride, and Carpathias operator, Harold Thomas Cotter; both articles that were exclusive to the Times.
