Pages 4-317 from this book are the same text as Logan Marshall’s The Sinking of the Titanic. Unlike Logan Marshall’s book which is quite common however, the Fredricks version is quite hard to find.

Also similar to the Logan Marshall book, the last page in this book has purposefully been misnumbered. This book has 318 pages of text, but there are also 32 plates, so the publisher has numbered the last page number 350.
