A history of manmade and natural disasters to occur in Canada on land, water and air from the Frank Rock Slide of April 1903 to the Swiss Air crash in September of 1998 as reported in the famous Maclean’s magazine. There are two chapters on the Titanic disaster.

The first is an article by Ray Gardner entitled ‘The Sinking of the Titanic, April 15, 1912, When That Great Ship Went Down’ from May 1, 1950.

Sir James Bisset, of the rescue ship Carpathia fame wrote the second article called ‘The Rescue of the Titanic, April 15, 1912, I Watched the Titanic Rescue’ from November 21, 1959.
