Archbold, Rick. Last Dinner on the Titanic. 1st printing. New York: Hyperion. 1997. hardcover. recipes by Dana McCauley. isbn: 078686303X. scarcity: common.

An interesting book based on the bill of fair that would have been served to passengers on the Titanic. The author includes dishes that would have been found in all three classes.

The recipes by Dana McCauley are ones that can be recreated with modern equivalents. There is also an how-to section on hosting Titanic-period parties.

Come on! A book on recipes to drown with? So imagine my astonishment upon reading it - this book is surprisingly entertaining.
