Name |
Lifeboat from Titanic |
Lifeboat to Carpathia |
Confidence Level |
Vigott, Mr Philip Francis | 13 | 13 | 4.63 |
From the Morning News, May 21st, 1912, Viggott is specifically named and says: “He, with two other seamen, was placed in charge of lifeboat No. 13 on the ill-fated night, and crossed over to England on the "Lapland." Taking into account the placement of other men in the Deck Department, Viggott does fit the best in #13, even though we do not have an account from him in his own words. But we cannot be 100% sure of this placement. |
