Manitowoc Daily Herald, April 25, 1912:
    "After getting on the raft with others he stood in water up to his knees… the raft was overloaded which caused it to sink two feet below the water."

Our discussion included Wennerstrom’s account where he said there were four Swedes still alive on collapsible A when they were picked up.  We did not agree as to whether he was on Collapsible A or B.
