MITH. Could you tell the order in which they were lowered, whether this was the second or third or fourth?

OXHALL. When I was lowered away I was the last boat but one on the port side. There was one of the lifeboats lowered away after I left, a few minutes after I left, and then there were no more boats hanging in the davits on the port side.

The 'second but one' would be #2, as Collapsible D was lowered after it.
