Confidence Level |
Baggott, Mr Allen Marden | 9? | 9? | 2.64 |
According to Ronald Ratcliffe (Baggott's grandson), Baggott told his family that "his posted lifeboat station was boat #9." (https://www.encyclopedia-titanica.org/titanic-survivor/allen-marden-baggott.html) At the British Inquiry, Quartermaster Walter Wynn testified that boat #9 carried "42 women", which is very similar to Baggott's estimate in the Daily Mirror of May 1, 1912, of 40-50 women. It appears that Mr. Baggott may have been in #9, based on what little evidence we have. |
